DELIVERY

We offer delivery via Nova Poshta.Items that are in stock are shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Items that are made to order (requiring production) are shipped within 7–30 business days.


Order processing hours:

Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 (Kyiv time).
Please note: orders are not shipped on official public holidays in Ukraine.
During periods of increased workload, shipping times may be extended.
DELIVERY WITHIN UKRAINEDelivery is carried out by Nova Poshta.
You can choose:

• delivery to a Nova Poshta branch
• delivery to a parcel locker
• courier delivery to your address

The delivery cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta tariffs and is paid by the recipient upon receiving the order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta Global.
Delivery times depend on the destination country.
Shipping costs are calculated individually according to the carrier’s tariffs.

Please note: additional taxes, customs duties, or fees may apply in the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.
