RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

We offer refunds or exchanges for another size within 14 calendar days from the moment the order is received, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection.”

To make a return or exchange:

• Send a request to the email address:

• Return the item in its original condition and original packaging.
• Ensure that all tags are intact and that the item shows no signs of use, damage, or contamination.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the conditions specified above.
REFUND PERIODRefunds are processed within 3–7 banking days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

The funds will be returned using the same payment method that was used when placing the order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of a manufacturing defect).

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The buyer covers the cost of return shipping if the return is not related to a manufacturing defect.
In the event of a defective product, the shipping costs will be reimbursed by the seller.

EXCEPTIONS

In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, certain categories of goods of proper quality are not eligible for return (according to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172).

GIFT RETURNS

If the item was purchased as a gift, the return process must be initiated by the person who made the purchase.
The return conditions remain the same as standard returns: the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
